Ryan likes leading by example. A great work ethic means Ryan is able to effectively split his roles at Nottingham Trent University and EMPWR. Ryan is currently the Head of Futsal and Football Development Team Lead at NTU. This is balanced with directing EMPWR and managing talented staff. All with the aim of supporting different communities through sport.
