Holiday Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

At EMPWR Sports, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our holiday camps.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via phone, email, or text.

Our First Step: Date Swap

Our first response to any cancellation will be to offer a swap to another available camp day, either during the same week or at another venue (subject to availability).

Swapping dates helps us maintain staff ratios, manage resources, and keep our activities running smoothly for all children.

Refunds

Refunds are not our standard approach and will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Medical or family emergency

• Severe illness or injury, with reasonable notice or evidence provided

• Cancellation by EMPWR Sports due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue closure, extreme weather)

In all other cases, we kindly ask that you opt for a date transfer instead of a refund.
